A Christmas Gift From The Greater London Properties Team To You..

Choose Love is a charity we have been introduced to quite recently and it has really resonated with all of us here at Greater London Properties which is why this year we wanted to support them...

Firstly, we just wanted to wish you a very Happy Christmas, as always it has come around far too quickly!

This year we thought long and hard about how we wanted to thank everyone who supports Greater London Properties. Coming to work has always been a pleasure for us and we believe it’s because we are surrounded by such a great team of people both internally and externally.

Choose Love is a charity we have been introduced to quite recently and it’s really resonated with both of us which is why this year we wanted to support them. Along with providing refugees with products and services they desperately need (from food and rescue boat to legal advice and medical care), the charity has also given their community a voice.

Last week, we met with their wonderful team at the Choose Love shop in Carnaby Street and have individually picked each item which will be sent where it is needed most.

Thank you again for all your support in 2021, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and wonderful New Year.

We look forward to working with you in 2022.

Warmest Regards

Rob and Kate Hill, Directors
(and whole of the Greater London Properties Team)

The Renters’ Rights Act introduces the biggest changes in private renting in decades. This guide breaks down the facts landlords need now, including key dates and compliance steps.

A message from Rob Hill, Director & Founder of Greater London Properties (glp)..

Rental demand remains resilient in early 2026, but growth has moderated. For landlords, spring is less about reacting and more about refining strategy.

When renting a property, it’s important to understand the terms of your tenancy agreement and what is permitted during your tenancy. One area that often causes confusion is subletting or allowing paying guests to stay at the property.
