A Boutique Approach to Selling Homes in Dulwich and Herne Hill

Let’s be honest — the last thing South East London needs is another estate agent. But we’re not here to add to the noise.

When Rob and I opened our third branch of Greater London Properties (GLP) here in Dulwich and Herne Hill, we wanted to do things differently.

Having lived in the area with our family for over 20 years, and with roots in central London property since 2003, our vision is simple: bring the personal, design-led service we’d honed in central London to our own community — in a way that felt truly bespoke.

Over the years, three things have come to define what we do:

1. Homes Styled to Shine

First impressions matter. That’s why we approach staging differently. At valuation stage, our in-house interior designer visits to create a tailored plan for getting each home “shoot ready.” From decluttering and layout tweaks to decorative styling, every detail is thought through.

We even hold our own stock of staging props — furniture, artwork, soft furnishings — and can store your existing pieces if needed. This means we can transform a property quickly and effectively, ensuring it’s captured at its absolute best by our professional photography and film team.

The result? Homes that stand out in a crowded market and attract stronger, faster offers.

2. Supporting Local Schools

We’ve always believed that schools and local property values are closely linked. Great schools raise demand for homes; thriving homes strengthen local schools. Yet, so many are struggling with funding.

That’s why we launched our Support Our Schools initiative: 10% of every sales fee goes directly to a school of the seller’s choice. It’s a small but meaningful way to give back — ensuring that our success supports the very institutions that make our community what it is.

3. A Direct Line to the Founders

The biggest difference with our Dulwich and Herne Hill branch is that it’s Director-led. When you work with GLP here, you deal directly with Rob and me — every viewing, every negotiation, every step. No handovers, no layers of staff. Just us, using our knowledge of the housing, the area, and the community to guide the process from start to finish.”

A Tailored Alternative

We understand the market is full of agents, but our approach is intentionally different. Fewer homes, more attention, and a commitment to both presentation and community.

For local homeowners, that means a selling experience that’s less about volume and more about value — both in the results achieved and the way it feels to get there. If this sounds like the kind of support and direction you would like to take, we'd love a conversation.

Warmest regards,
Kate & Rob Hill
