Did you know Greater London Properties donate 10% of the sales fee to a school of your choice?

We were delighted to meet the wonderful children at Argyle Primary School in Bloomsbury to donate £817.50 as part of our 'Support Our School' Scheme. When you choose GLP to sell your home, you can nominate a school of your choice and we will donate 10% of the Sales Fee!

We're thrilled to be supporting Argyle Primary School!

At Greater London Properties (GLP), your local London estate agents, we’re absolutely delighted to donate £817.50 to Argyle Primary School through our ‘Support Our School’ initiative – and this is just one of many schools we’ve been proud to help.

This scheme is close to our hearts. For every parent, grandparent, alum or member of the community who chooses to sell their home through GLP and nominates a state school, we donate 10% of our sales fee directly to that school – a simple yet powerful way to give back.

So far, nearly £80,000 has been raised and gifted to schools across the UK, helping fund everything from new equipment and books to school trips and classroom resources.

A few words from Rob Hill, Director at GLP:

“As parents ourselves with three children in London schools, we’ve seen just how much the pandemic has impacted our schools and communities. It’s inspired us to create a way of giving back – helping sell London property while directly supporting children, teachers and the future of our communities.”

With two high street offices in London and over 23 years of experience, we’re perfectly placed to help you move – and now you can support your local school at the same time.

We’d love your help spreading the word – whether you're thinking about selling, or know someone who is, please let them know about the scheme. Together, we can grow the impact and support even more schools!

Warmest wishes,

April is a good time for buyers to focus on readiness rather than guesswork. In a market where choice has improved but confidence remains mixed, being organised can make all the difference when the right home comes along.

May is a key month for sellers, but more homes are competing for attention. If you are thinking of moving this spring, here is how the current market is shaping buyer behaviour and what helps a home stand out.

We were delighted to visit Charter North School North in Dulwich recently to see firsthand how a £1,600 donation from Greater London Properties is helping to support students and enhance learning across the school. Watch the interview here..

As we move through May 2026, buyers are seeing more homes come to market, but affordability still matters. Here is what today’s mix of greater choice, steady demand and higher mortgage costs means if you are planning a move.
