You will meet with Rob Hill, Director and/or Dan Edwards, Head of Sales. After having a detailed look around your property they will ask questions to understand what makes your home unique. This approach allows us to provide you with the most accurate and fair valuation.

We’ll also bring along price comparisons from the various reporting systems we use, so you can see how your property compares with similar homes in the area. Our goal is to provide you with the context and information needed to make the best decision for your property. In addition to the valuation itself, we’ll share our pricing strategy, so you know exactly how we arrived at our figures.
