Please help us support the Wrap Up London Campaign this winter... Simply bring along your old coats!

Greater London Properties will be taking part in Wrap Up London. Bring along the coats you no longer use to either of our Central London Branches and we will deliver them across London to the homeless and vulnerable during this coming Winter. Our campaign runs from 3rd November to 7th December.

From March 2022 to April 2023, outreach teams from the Combined Homelessness and Information Network recorded 10,053 people sleeping rough in London. 64% of these people were doing so for the first time. An estimated 154 of these people died during this time due to the freezing conditions on the streets. By donating your old coats, we can ensure these people have a certain amount of shelter during the winter months.

To hear more about the Wrap London Charity please watch this video they produced as part of their 10year anniversary campaign!

So, fellow Londoners, lets pull together! Please bring along your coats to our Greater London Properties Branches - our addresses are below and we will ensure we deliver them to the people who need it the most.

GLP Soho: 49 Broadwick Street, Soho, W1F 9QR
GLP Bloomsbury: 65 Judd Street, Bloomsbury, WC1H 9RF

Please help spread the word and make a difference this winter to those in need.

Warm Regards

When renting a property, both tenants and landlords have specific responsibilities. Understanding what your landlord is responsible for can help set clear expectations and ensure that your tenancy runs smoothly. Below is a helpful overview of the key responsibilities landlords typically have when renting out a property in the UK.

If you are thinking about moving in the next 6 to 12 months, a market appraisal is often the best first step. It gives you a clearer view of value, timing and buyer demand, helping you plan with more confidence in a competitive 2026 market.

Rental demand remains resilient in early 2026, but growth has moderated. For landlords, spring is less about reacting and more about refining strategy.

More households are reassessing space in early 2026. If your home feels tighter than it once did, this spring may offer the right conditions to move up.
