Sustainable Selling: 10% of our sales fee goes to a school of the sellers choice

When families move to Herne Hill and Dulwich, it’s often because of the exceptional schools. These institutions don’t just shape young lives—they shape our neighbourhood

Outstanding schools attract families, create strong communities, and directly influence the value of our homes. Quite simply, there’s a clear link between well-supported schools and the health of the local property market.

And yet, many of these same schools are struggling. Underfunded and overstretched, they rely more than ever on community support. That’s where we believe estate agents—and all local businesses—have a responsibility. If we benefit from the appeal of these schools, then we must help protect their future.

That’s why we launched Support Our Schools.

We started this initiative in Central London five years ago. Every time we sold a property, we gave 10% of our fee to a school chosen by the seller. The impact was incredible—thousands of pounds raised for school libraries, playgrounds, and essential resources.

Now, we have brought this initiative home to Dulwich and Herne Hill.

We live here. Our children go to school here. This isn’t just business; it’s personal. Support Our Schools is our way of giving back to the communities that have supported us.

If you choose to sell with us, you’ll be directly contributing to the success of a local school—no catches, no gimmicks, just a simple promise:

When you sell your home, you can help support the schools that make this area what it is.
