A message from our Founder, Rob Hill – Greater London Properties

“We feel very fortunate to work alongside so many fantastic clients and whilst this year we have seen some ups and downs in the market (the budget certainly threw in some surprises), we have worked closely with many of you in terms of how to navigate this in the upcoming months whether you are our Landlord, Vendor, Buyer or Tenant. It is - as always - a pleasure.

The London property market is facing a mix of changes and challenges in the coming year, but there’s reason for optimism. I predict steady, modest growth in residential prices, even with factors like tax changes, rising mortgage rates, and shifting government policies creating a broader picture.

Closer to home, our residential team were delighted to launch a brand-new website this year with new features and updates. As always, with our dynamic database – clients will always get priority over portals when we release new properties to market – a benefit for registering early with us.

In addition we reached over 500 Trust Pilot reviews putting us 4.9 out 5 rated as excellent for Customer Service in 2024 - which makes us the Top Performing Agent in Central London so thank you so much for everyone who kindly took time to reflect on the service they received from our team.
