Sustainable Selling Starts Here – Here’s What You Can Expect Next..

We just wanted to give you a quick heads-up on what you can expect from us over the coming days, weeks, and months (and it doesn't include letter drops).

Thank you so much for inviting us into your home – it’s genuinely one of the parts of our job we love the most.

As we mentioned during our visit, we’re proud to be paving the way in estate agency with a fresh, forward-thinking approach which has been welcomed by our sellers in the past few years.

Our dynamic database helps us match buyers and sellers more intelligently, and our reporting systems – which we hope you’ve now seen in action – really do leave the old-school methods behind.

Gone are the days of buyers wandering into high street offices. Today’s house hunters are on Instagram, using tools like ChatGPT, downloading Seller Guides on Facebook, and chatting with relocation agents around the world to find the perfect family-friendly spot near London.

We also hope we conveyed how much we care about sustainable selling. That includes our Support Our School initiative and our proud membership with Carbon Neutral Britain. We're actively working to reduce our environmental impact and offset our carbon footprint by planting trees and supporting re-forestation projects. (You can read more about that here).

In line with this commitment, you won’t be receiving a flood of letters from us – in fact, you’ll likely only get one thoughtfully designed leaflet a year, just to say hello to new neighbours.

We won’t bombard you with “Just Sold” flyers either. Instead, we’ll stay in touch with the occasional call and continue to send you helpful, relevant updates by email – whether you choose to instruct us or go with another agent.

Once again, thank you for your time and for welcoming us into your home. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to give us a call – we’re always happy to help.

Warmest regards,
Kate & Rob Hill
