We hope your property search is going well and thank you for getting in touch. We just wanted to give you a heads up on the documents you will need to rent a property in the UK if you are employed.

1. Passport and Visa if applicable (you can scan a copy to us for now however we will need to see the original documents in the office on or 28 days before your tenancy start date. 
2. Proof of address which is dated within 3 months of your tenancy start date (for example - a utility bill, doctor letter, pension or insurance letter).
3. Your most recent 3 months’ everyday bank statements (with everyday transactions such as salary, rent payments, shopping, food etc.)
4. Your most recent 3 months’ payslips. 
5. Landlord Reference. You will need to provide your Landlord contact details – name, phone number and email address and confirm when your tenancy is due to end.
6. Employment Reference. You will need details of a contact who can confirm your position and salary – name, phone number and email address. You will also need to confirm how long you have been working for this company.
