🌳 Dulwich remains one of South London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, particularly for homes in the £1m–£2m range, many of which are now under offer within weeks. With its blend of top-performing schools, beautiful parks, and excellent transport links, it continues to attract both domestic and overseas buyers.
